[Bug] Adventure Outfitters
Adventure Outfitters still makes ammo after being destroyed. I saw the freighters and the Corp cruiser dock with the station. I wanted to stash stuff in the station but lo and behold, FREE AMMO! Since the freighters and Corp cruiser docked and there were no weapons, I assumed that there was no function to check whether the station was destroyed before making ammo. Granted, it was cheating, so I just left them there. When I came to check again (before exiting the system), there was more ammo than the last time I checked. There was also a destroyed Taikon, but no extra ammo there. I haven't checked Thor's Wondrous Devices though, so that might be another station to check.

I'm using 1.04, so it's probably the new regen mechanic. Funny thing, though, because I did a new test with my godmod ship and I found both a Thor's and Adventure Outfitters. Only the Adventure Outfitters made new ammo after being destroyed. Interesting, isn't it?
I don't have a trac account yet. Got to make time for that I guess.
*slightly off topic*
A cool idea would be that the Adventure Outfitters had matter replicators to make ammo for them, and when destroyed, give you the matter replicator if you beat the Corp cruiser to it. Then the Corp cruisers start coming at you like Molotoks. That would make Trans more interesting. Have a Corporate secret in your cargo hold making FREE ammo [or replicating whatever you want for that matter] and fight off Cruiser after Cruiser, or just let the marvelous thing go to the back to the Corporation for the rest of the game? However, that would introduce another layer of balance testing, as infinite ammo is just plain wrong. Or is it?

Not sure if this is entirely on topic, but the amazing Teratons can generate supplies you need if you get roulette right.

But teratons drop awesome loot, so I generally just blow them up. And take their non-ammo weapons.
Serves them right for not buying my lazarus -_-

Teraton fabricators can generate the ammo you need, and you do not need to make them happy to duplicate ammo.
In my experience, enemies drop plenty of missiles early in the game. By late game, anything that is not a Warhammer, M5 Nemesis, or Kytryn Plasma Pod is not powerful enough to kill stuff; and I often eschew launchers late in the game because I need the slot or I cannot afford to carry ammo (because I am almost overburdened already by my other equipment).

heh if you don't make them happy they always eat you, which sucks quite a lot. There's a certain order like a lot of things in the game that you must do.

The fabricator eats you only if you make it too angry. You only need to make the fabricator happy if you want it to transmute high level devices. Ammo replication does not require disposition.heh if you don't make them happy they always eat you, which sucks quite a lot. There's a certain order like a lot of things in the game that you must do.
