Well, not yet. I would not be surprised if in 1.1 they get some kind of revenge ship though, as 1.1 (I think) will be introducing some ringer ships.

Ringers really do need some ships. They are the most technologically advanced society, and they only have two stations. You'd think that being so advanced, they'd have go curious about why everyone else makes ships and try it out.

I had a makayev spawn in the orbit of a patrolling phobos from a shipyard today.
Needless to say I got some decent if entirely useless (This is after I got my awesome endgame loadout and began farting around being a one-man-fleet and taking on the ares for kicks. Afterall, "There is only one cure for boredom befitting a demigod, and that is more senseless killing" -MSPA) loot, including a mark V. The phobos has taken out the station with minimal trouble as well as the cruiser that spawned; I only arrived to see the wreckage (and the still living phobos which had taken only a trivial amount of armor damage)
