libraries and debug mode

If you have a tdb of a library in your collection folder and have the xml of an altered version of the same library in your extensions folder and run the game in debug mode it loads the new XML and checks it for syntax errors, but when another extension references the library it loads the version in the collection folder, not the version in the extensions folder that it should be using when in debug mode.

I'll look at this and see if there is an easy (and safe) 1.2 fix. If not, I'll do a post 1.2 fix. Either way, it will get fixed.
