Missing stations in St.ks

Im finding that the st.k's station rings at incandescent are now often missing a lot of stations per ring. Its looking pretty sparse and underpopulated now (not to mention lopsided)

Thanks! The problem was that I added some limits to how often some stations (like manufacturing plants) can be encountered (only once per system).
But explicit placement of stations (like in SK) should override those limits. Fixed in the next build.
