Sometimes, even with quality weapons for the sector, I just don't have the fire power to duke it out with a space station or command ship. Usually I'd end up sitting in a planet at a good angle and shooting outwards on autopilot.
But now I have a new trick.
Load up the ship with a whole bunch of weapons (IE: Not the Freighter), line up a good shot, hold the spacebar and then hold the W key.
The weapons cycle through and all of them fire at the same time.
I found this works best with the Omni series of weapons, and the Lancers.
I say this is only a possible exploit since this does have some drawbacks:
-This does use up a lot of reactor power, so it's not possible to do this right away with certain weapons.
-Ammo using weapons burn through a lot more ammo
-Accidentally hitting an ally will almost always prevent docking
-Doing this requires loading a ship up with many weapons which limits useful expansion slots
Be easy... This is my first post. Wouldn't want to get hit with a long chain of we already knew that's
Possible exploit: Hyper weapons

I've posted descriptions of the same 'sploit. As my name implies, I like omni weapons, and I often play with a freighter with two of the same omni weapon.
Some notes:
- I've saved the Charon korolov station with two collimated omni lasers.
- If you press any other button while holding down the 'w', you keyboard forgets that you're holding w. therefore, you cannot manuever while holding down 'w' unless you hit the other keys and then press and hold fire and 'w' again after. A decent work around is to press and hold up, left, fire, 'w', in that order, causing your ship to careen through space in wild spirals while multi-firing.

as posted many times:
1. When hitting a large station, only WMD counts. WMD is some percentage of normal weapon damage, using this table:
* WMD0 = 0%
* WMD1 = 4%
* WMD2 = 10%
* WMD3 = 20%
* WMD4 = 34%
* WMD5 = 52%
* WMD6 = 74%
* WMD7 = 100%
Well I googled site:www.neurohack.com for WMD and I couldn't find the answer.
But ya.
I guess it was looking for WMD0, WMD1 and so on specifically...

heres a pretty good exploit weapon. A Missile launcher mod.
Depending on the Level, the pods split and home on a target.
If you want mass destruction id say go for the CMN Missile.
