So, I've been a good little boy and haven't attacked the Huari. Blown up all the sung that were generated, yadda yadda. Unfortunately, I've exhausted the systems between Sanctuary and Point Juno, and the Huari are still shooting at me. Am I out of luck?

Sounds like you didn't meet the criteria necessary to trigger the Huari event, maybe?
I'd suppose since each game is different, you may run into that situation--same as not finding any Korolov, BM or Commonwealth Fortresses to get their missions. It happens at times.

A hard minimum? That kills some of the randomness- and it can be fun to play games where certain station types or sovs are not as prevalent.
I would prefer to see alternate methods to getting the Huari to switch their relationship to the player. Many paths to the same goal, sort of a thing.

what? It's not out of necessity for the QAC that people are doing the Huari missions, but out of... wanting to do them.F50 wrote:Only if lamplighter/GoS has changed significantly.

Hah! Besides, last time I checked, the QAC couldn't take out the Iocrym. Or you had to have pact-with-the-devil-acccurate aim to manage it.
Anyway, I just want to be sure that there's some way to do the Huari plot, every game. I restarted on my current run through specifically so I could try it. And...no luck. I have no objections to alternate methods, as long as it's doable.

too true, unfortunately. It really needs to be more damaging or at least have 2-3x the shots.Fossaman wrote:Hah! Besides, last time I checked, the QAC couldn't take out the Iocrym. Or you had to have pact-with-the-devil-acccurate aim to manage it.

or you could just edit the systems to force them to contain at least two sung stations... >.>
