.....after 3 months of PC emergency problems........started working on Haiyan EPack Vol 2........
.....why is Trans 1.3 b1 more stringent than 1.2? the afterburner trail effects are cool but greatly slows down animation.
It also reminiscent of the arcade Astro Avenger II. I still play it though hehehe.

Question: Why are there no initial free usable items in the Osaka playership?

...had to reset the game because there's no transpace jumpdrive in it and no gems of despair left. I've already played the game a few times without the jump drive but without lots of jump gems, it's so frustrating .......

There are no initial consumables in the Sapphire, Wolfen, Freyr, or Manticore either and I think the Constellation only has the auton. Why would you expect the Osaka to have anything?

Oh you mean the Osaka was really meant to be played without the initial freebies? Sorry i didn't know, but why? If so i wish there is least an increase in the allotted credits.

It has the same starting cash as every ship except the Sapphire, which starts with more cash because it starts with significantly weaker equipment than all other ships.

I've encountered this bug, it can happen if you try to post a game which you started while offline/not logged in if I remember correcly.

Im not sure what you mean by the other ships coming with jumpdrives and gems? They are not like that in vanilla - if youre using a mod that adds them in, that means it didnt support the osaka yet.

In vanilla the only ships that come with such items are the EI500 (chance of barrels or targeting rom), constellation (autosentinel), or as you mentioned the extra starting credits on the sapphire. No ships come with jumpdrives or gems.
