Is there a way to adjust resolution in the game? Right now the game is too big for my screen. I do not want to have to adjust my resolution for everything, just this game. The title screen says anscenden instead of transcendence for example. My screen is 800x600.

If your graphics card can only support 800x600, get a new one.
[schilcote] It doesn't have to be good, it just has to not be "wow is that the only thing you could think of" bad

A way to adjust full-screen resolution would probably be a good thing. That said, key redefinitions would probably come first. I consider these to be extras though.

If your PC (and the monitor) supports XGA (1024x768) resolution, starting Transcendence with /dx switch will automatically change the resolution, using DirectX. Making a shortcut would probably be a better idea here.
If not, well, I guess you'd better switch to a new PC to play this game.

I'll build you a performance PC for about US$2,000.

Thanks for the dx switch info, that was what I was looking for. My card can support the higher resolution, but I just prefer it at the lower one for everything else.

Thanks again :D

I could put an i7 build together for under $1000. Though tbh a $200 pre-built could play Transc :P
