Playing through for the 2nd time

I had a break after finishing the game for the 1st time, now playing again using a different ship (the one that looks like a shuttlecock). I think I prefer this one to the fighter ship for the extra cargo space.

Couple of pointers:

When I fire a seeking missle at an enemy it sometimes hits one of my squadron guys. Somewhat annoying.

Pressing F to cycle through all the nearby ships/stations takes a while if you are trying to target something specific.

At a commonwealth station they arrested me for slave trading. I didn't have any coffins on board so how did they know?

If you sell slave coffins, the universe magically knows (by reading the xml). In other words, the computer is a cheater. This is why you feed coffins to the fabricator, then sell whatever items it spits out.
