Any use to slave coffins after maxing domina powers

I obtained 9 dominia powers with dozens more slave coffins to spare. Is there a reason to obtain more dominia connection points after this? Or did I hear the Slave Coffins can be fed to the Teraton?

Yeah, they can go into the Teraton fabricator. You can also sell them to the Black Market for big $$$ and definitely no negative repercussions whatsover when you later dock with Commonwealth stations .

If you dock at a CW station with enough of them, you'll receive a small gift. It's not particularly useful, but it's a way of getting rid of them if you don't use fabricators and don't want to risk an arrest for human trafficking.
