Location: Hmm... I'm confused. Anybody have a starmap to the Core?

3. Be careful: sometimes a world will try to export so many resources that it doesn't have any left for its own people (this is a bug). You have to manually fix this by setting the trade % (as described in #2 above).

Your capital does NOT build any transports or any infantry, so your first task has to be to develop a couple of worlds enough to build a jumpship autofac (to produce jumpship components) and an infantry academy. Once you have a jumpship autofac you can import jumpdrives to your capital (that will allow your capital to build the Reliant-class jumptransports).
