This was a minor bug fix release:

1. Independent worlds now deal with the aftermath of being part of an empire. For example, they destroy structures that they cannot support (due to tech level or lack of resources) and they build up defenses that they CAN support.
2. Fixed the problem with destroying habitats/arcologies that produce life support supplies (etc). When destroyed, these structures become "ruins", which still produce supplies, but no longer support a large population. The ruins can be rebuilt by building the structure again.
3. Fixed various bugs with combat: transports not landing (thanks, Hussell), some weapons not working properly, infantry not attacking properly, etc.

This is a wonderful list of bugs fixed! Among other things, after 72 cycles of continuous rebellion, the people of High Dirag got a flare shelter and finally calmed down enough to accept imperial rule.

I just conquered quite a few worlds, and was building a large number of habitat structures when the update came through. Glad to hear the loss of lower-level habitat structures is a one-time thing.
