The Pirate Rising!

Ahoy! I have not been play this game for a while, so I decided to revisit it. It's a great game, but in the past I often get bored easily with empire and trade route management. So I will doing something different. I wanna become a Pirate!

As a Pirate, I assign myself to bring chaos on Anacreon universe. I will disrupt every empires and their trade routes near my pirate empire. My location are at here:

Sorry for unexplored map. I haven't yet venture far.

Don't worry, this is just for fun and challenge stuff. My role as pirate is not invade or declare war other empires, only raid some worlds and leave (attacking space defense only). I also won't send fleet in huge number overwhelm your defense, but it will be small scale party and a bit proportional with your worlds defense. As you see on the map, most likely I will raid nearest empire periodically. But for those who are far, don't feel you're safe. I still able to send raid parties with consist of ship explorers.

However, my pirate empire are in grace period at the moment. Once my empire set, I will announce that grace period is over in this thread and will start the raid operations a day later. You're welcome to retaliate if you want to, or perhaps you may take down my pirate empire.

Pirate empire now are ending their grace period. On tomorrow, the Pirate empire will start commence raid operations to all empire they come across. Nearest empire within jumpbeacon reach will receive attack from fleet mixed with stinger and vanguard ships. Out of area, any empire may encounter raid consist of vanguard ships only.

Battle of Al Dhanab. It was bloodiest battle we ever face. Hundred K advanced gunship vs. Hundred K Vanguards backed with few other ships. Our wits is only our salvation.

With my newly found but extremely cunning tactic, I able to decimate those massive fleets two times in a row with minimal casualties. It's the moment where "Nah, I'd win" fit better. I would like to dance with you for more hours. Too bad it was time to bed so I left it unattended. Now, it's only matter of war of attrition. I'm bit exhausted with that battles and even missed my personal task for it. I'm gonna take days off after this one upcoming battle to secure my place. It was fun though, not gonna lie.
