Code for how fast fuel is consumed?
What do I modify to change how fast the fuel goes down? I tried lowering and raising the fuel efficiency but it went down about the same. I have a custom 2GW reactor in my mod ship, if that matters.

my guess is that fuel efficiency doesn't work for ships. You would have to put it on a reactor and put that reactor as a device on your ship.

I found a way to do something like this eg make the fuel more powerful or less. :/ It works with more though.
