Been fiddling with this game for about a week now and I'm trying to break down the main variables for player ships so that I can get started with some modding. I think I have most everything understood (at least, the stuff I'll be using anytime soon), but I have NO idea what "maxArmor" is for. Isn't the ship's armor defined by its plating in the <Armor> section?

Ships can change their armor in game, so maxArmor is a limitation value for the weight of the armor that can be installed.

It's set in number of kilograms, so 10000=10 metric tons (or just tons, as they are said in-game), and 50000=50 tons, and so on, so forth.

Thus a ship with 25000 can install dual titanium barricades, but not P1000 hexphase armor.

BTW- nice ship (in your avvy)!
