Total V.U.I mod- What do u do with the 2 red crystals?

When you open up the external device screen or whatever there is 2 red crystals and then the actual interface that you click to access the V.U.I. When I go into the crystals menus, it says something about if I want to feed it? What do I do with this or is it just a necessary thing for the mod to work? Should I ignore it?

That screen is the mechanism from the dockscreen framework for adding more screens to the ship interior. It is necessary otherwise any screen that overwrites the ship interior will not work with any other that overwrites it (collisions). The screen is also used for G.O.D. mod.

So I should just ignore them and not feed them anything or do anything with them right?
