I wish to reserve D006. I probably should have done this before uploading the Idolknight Heavy Fighter onto Xelerus, since that uses D006.

Oh, I blocked off EFFE temporarily for the Ranx official extension, until it gets registered.
Perhapse we should think about blocking off a small segment of unids, perhapse 0xEFF0-0xEFFF as reserved for official projects until they can be registered, like TS or ROE?
