Ok so I got the actual modding of a ship down. Now I am stuck. I finally got a couple little things rendered into a 2d bmp or jpeg I have tried both. Now I believe my next step is turning it into masks and shields ect. 20 faces I assume is the ship rotated and saved 20 times and pasted into one of those long strips. How do I make the long strips? What size should my ship be when putting it into the strip? I have photplus pro and used google 3d sketch for the images. I tried blender and truspace and found them incompatible with my personality.

You could use Photoscape to string all of the facings in a line. The option is called "Combine" and choose the Down tab. There, just choose your images (just find them or drag & drop) and stack them. Your ship in the mask should be exactly the same size as it was in the bitmap/jpeg (basically, the one with color). As for masks, I believe you have to render your ship again in white so you have a white ship and a black background.
