Which loads faster??

I know loading speed isnt too much of a problem with extensions, but I'm curious... Which would load faster: a mod of just one big xml or a mod using many modules??

I'm thinking one big xml, cuz it doesnt have to seek out and load every individual module, but I dont know... Any ideas??

One big XML file will probably load faster, but I bet the difference is too small to notice (and possibly too small to measure). I think you should split up the file into modules if that makes development easier.

p.s.: If there really is a speed difference it will be better to fix that in the engine than to avoid modules.
