Ok, random idea, posting here before I forget:
31<RPC>30 if I can get access to multiverse stats I can make a semi persistent game
31<RPC>30 so let's say something happens in player A's universe, and they're linked to player B's universe
31<RPC>30 the consquences in player A's game would bleed over in player B's game
Any ideas on how to do this?

I would very much like something along these lines.
you could make retaliation levels, item spawning and random encounters all vary according to what is going on in another player's save.
