Alright. I'm recently making new playerships for Transcendence, and I'm using DoGA-L3 in order to create graphics for them. Here are some ships that I may introduce to you.

-----------------------------------Firedrake-class Gunship-----------------------------------

Awesome new graphics, yet more sophisticated, and much bigger than before, I'm gonna have to make the size of this big guy 100x100 pixels for each facing.

Starting Stats & Equips:
-28% lightspeed (That's pretty fast!)
-7.5 turning speed
-I'm not really sure about the acceleration...
-a dual laser cannon
-patcher arm (Pretty unfair though for a starter ship, but I think some players will need it.)
-4x reactive armor
-a Cyclotron S10
-and that's just it.

-----------------------------------Typhoon-class light frigate--------------------------------

I designed this big buster after Galaxy Online II's Typhoon-II. So technically, I'm referring to GO2's Typhoon-II cruiser.

Starting Stats & Equips:

-23% lightspeed (Pretty fast for a frigate! But it's a light frigate so it's okay.)
-3.75 turning speed
-I'm STILL not really sure about the acceleration...
-a fast fire and dual laser cannon (That means, one fast-fire, and one dual.)
-a patcher arm (Bigger ships need patcher arms. While small ships don't have, the big Manticore does have one.)
-6x ceramic armor
-a class-2 deflector
-and less money to start with.

I played the original Galaxy Online... it became crap, how is GO 2 ?

Mind making a tutorial on using Doga? I have no idea how to export the ships into wings or blender to render them :/

I don't know... I'm already LVL 20 there and I don't know if it's really boring or not...

NEW SHIP ALERT:

-----------------------------------Estrella-class battlecruiser-----------------------------------

I added some big wings to the front to give it some extra aerodynamics.I designed this one after GO2's Estrella battleship.

Starting Stats & Equips:
-14% lightspeed
-2.5 turning speed
-I'm guessing that this thing will get really low acceleration.
-an omni and fast-fire laser cannon
-a patcher arm
-24x heavy titanium armor
-a Cyclotron S55
-and very little money to start with. How poor is the pilot!!!

Would you have it on 40-facings, or 36-facings? If 40-facings, DOGA-L3 doesn't have it.

Doga does have 40 facings. And yes, I got your message on Xelerus, I hope if I answer here it will be sufficient :)

Go to:
Settings > Rotation Fitting Unit > set the number to 9 (the number = degrees, and as 360 / 40 = 9 degrees, set it to 9)
If correct, when rotating your ship now (by using SHIFT+dragging the green boxes), it should have 40 facings. you need to render, drag it one "tick", then render again.
I advice using the DOGA Motion Editor to render. Motion Editor allows for much more complex lighting than the default modeller.
