Hello,

In the transcendence source, there are both the files StdDockScreens.xml and RPGDockScreens.xml.
Both files contain different docking screens (some on related functionality) with a somewhat different styled syntaxis. The thing is, I cannot find out what the criteria where for placing them in the one or the other category/file.

Could someone explain on what basis a docking screen is placed in one or the other category?
and
Could someone clarify which of the two syntactic styles is preferred?

Thanks,
Pixelfck

There's no difference in syntax, RPGDockscreens refers to the dockscreens associated with choosing specific actions, while StdDockscreens consists of lists of actions, eg the initial dockscreen for an abandoned station is in Std, while an action like loot leads to the RPG.
Fiction is reality, simplified for mass consumption.
