Well... i'm not a very good programmer, but what i see is like,Create: Level 1 weapon, then, Level 2 weapon, then level 3...
Unless... it's Boost weapon damage by 10% or by...50 when it has killed... blah...

Since we've had several new updates to Transc. since the last time anything was posted in this thread, is it appropriate to ask for any updates, whether or not we can get some functions that will allow my 'vision' to be implemented?

Since this post is bumped/necroposted/threadmined....

I think if this were implemented it should be some kind of organic weapon that addapts to its surroundings and feeds off your ships reactor, can only be removed with radioactive waste.. Unless it developes radiation shielding from you encountering a lot of sapiens while having it installed... Anyway, maybe it interfaces with your ships weapons and you can use it as a weapon (it has to defend the ship to keep the reactor intact to keep itsself alive) but you need some sort of armor paste or a special scientist encounter to remove it from your hull....

It should be possible. When you dock at one of a number of places you can create a script to change your weapon silently if you have a certain condition met. Also you could put it into the OnDestroy of all the common stations/enemies.

The OnDestroy method may be especially useful since each ship can have differing values depending on kills.
