Shield modifiers?
Weapons have code like "configuration=dual", what modifiers do shields have and what, basically, do they modify? Also, for an efficiency modifier, what rate is it using? Is a higher number better or worse?

shields have
hitPoints (thats easy)
absorbAdj (what percent of that damage will be absorbed by the shields, non absorbed damage goes to the armor)
damageAdj (what percent of the damage absorbed the hit points is deducted by)
regenTime (the amount of ticks between when the regens)
regenHP (the amount of hp that the shield regens each time it does)
depletionDelay (how long the shield will stay down in ticks divided by 10, not quite sure it seems too low to be ticks)
power (the amount of power the shield takes when regening, when not regening it takes one tenth the power)
weaponSuppress (the weapon type that you can't use when using this shield)
reflect (the weapon type that get reflected by this shield)
There are others but those are the basic ones.
