Ammo Rack need Help to script

Hi i have this idea for a mod that i call an ammo rack. what i basicly does is reduse the cargo space used missles and other munitions.

however i have only been modding no and off for about six months and i have no XML expeiance out side of my six months of modding.

if i am not misstaken it will take a function to get it to work.

i need help to script this mod espeshaly the function. i will in the meen time keep trying to work it out my self.

Ok.
It must be device not a cargo expansion that allows you to carry missiles and other munitions at half their weight this will then counter the small cargo space of the gunships that use the missiles the most. The ammo rack "arranges the munitions in an orderly fashion reducing the cargo space used," the description when found in shops.

Does that help.
