Actually I am not, but since 1.08 I kind of feel that the versions and track are going far beyond too fast.
While I would love to see Transcendence evolve into a steady story to the Core, I think there is too much Player Choice :
You do not get versions based on Players Choice at the local game shop : you get Play-ability and Graphics, features and story.
I just thought it was too intense for me so ...
I DID stop playing for abit because Grandma is Home-Bound and I was summoned to the ground to fight the evil games she chooses to learn then and make them slightly more interesting with a few edits and Add-ons I selected.
But I am back in my Cruiser and looking for some good old fashion fun
I will not go over the already played versions : my favorites remain 1.0,1.01, 1.02 thru 1.05 and , of course, I last played in 1.08 : I see I am still in the top 10 high scores on the high score page
( #6 to be exact )So for all your weapons and technology, version after version : you have not gone very far toward the Core and the Call of Domina...
THIS is EXACTLY what The Sisters of Domina have Warned you about : Materialism, Assumption of the Mission as Anointment.
Many Pilots have tried to reach the core and failed because of exactly what I see here in version after version since 1.08.
My ships computer is very sad to have to Navigate past your Debris as we search for the Core.
I am on my laptop now: the Desktop needs a new drive but I have everything on here, except the Extra I enjoy but I will get those.
I am leaving Alaska in November and need to have something on the laptop that is worth doing : and we all know that means Transcendence.
I do hope you visit the Sisters and , this time , LISTEN to the Call of Domina, Understand what she is saying and take that with you into your universe.
