Is there a way of running a function when you first start the game.
I wanted to make a ship that started with a commonweath crime value. The function would check if you had that ship and give you a crime value.

I already tried putting a oncreate on the welcome sign but didn't work.

It would also be useful for other things (more if it could run whenever you first enter any system).
Crying is not a proper retort!

That would be cool. "You are under arrest for...owning a ship that once belonged to a death-row criminal that you stole the ship from!"
The universe is illogical. Get over it.

Gee....this gave me another idea too....like, maybe when you start the game, there's this little intro(you can skip it) and it shows your ship...going to this place....getting destroyed, and you get this other ship(S,W,or a freighter) and you ahve to go to da core.

Hey, now you're changing the plot! That's not why you have to go to the core! Actually... um... I'm not sure why you have to go to the core.

Hey, does anyone know why you have to go to the core?

Really? Then why'd they ask you to go? Is the fate of the galaxy at stake? Are you the "chosen one" whom the prophicies have foretold? Or maybe the Iocrym killed your father and stole your girlfriend and it's payback time.

Probably the game's plot is already posted online somewhere and I haven't seen it yet. I'll look harder...

You're meant to find out why Domina has compelled you to go to the galactic core when you get there.

Domina "compelled" me to go? That's lame. Whatever happened to free will? Also, that's not what it says in the game. In the game, the Domina treat you like just another pilgrim. Maybe they tell travellers that "all good children of Domina should journey to the galactic core" (which actually is suggested in the game, by the way), like Muslems making a pilgrimage to the holy land.

When I say Domina, I mean the "divine being" Domina, not the sisters.

"alright, I'll go. But If I see ropes and leather when I get there, I'm coming back faster than you can say "kinky" "

Hey, someone's been reading my other posts, or just has a dirty mind like me.

I don't mind the leather, as long as the Sisters are wearing it.... heck why go trekking across the galaxy at all when I can just hang out with the sisters and get some fine "spiritual" education....

But if those sisters break out the whips, I'm out of there!

both. You can't spend (in total, yes, since I started playing) 50 days and 16 hours (probably more when you read this) on furcadia and not be a total perv.

Right now I have the free will to pick up a knife and shove it in my mother's back (I won't, obviously).
