after the whole thing ended we found a large purpley rash on his back shortly after the medics arrived in the chopper, the medic asked us if he had anything abnormal to his diet and i told him that he ate tomatoes that night. shortly after he started barking orders for us to go and get certain things for the antidote, after retrieving the ingredients he mixed them up put it into a syringe and injected it into the patient, almost instantly he was awake. i am now going to recieve a medal for these actions.

You're making quest africa a really scary place.
But all in all, you did a good job. You choose to help those people when you could have just walked away. That in and of itself speaks volumes about what it takes do live and do work in a place like that. Good luck.

remember, quest is in one of the highest road accident areas in the world plus this recent one was in my holiday home with friends, i guess it was just luck, i am a way too helpful and empathetic guy, plus i have a strange ability to keep somewhat calm under certian circumstances

To answer your question in my other thread, its not a travel package as such but more like a gap year instead. And i would HIGHLY recommend it to anyone. There are wayyyyyy too many stories to tell in one post. Hmm... Dude, i don't know, most of the stories i have are funny only to us, because we were there and experienced it ourselves. Plus i need some time to think about them. Oh, i have one.

There is this one guy there called Farren. (i hate his guts) One day farren decided that he was a master welder, he started out pretty good, but quickly lost the plot and burned a hole through the metal. And guess where all that hot flux dropped. Right on his groin. I never laughed so hard in my life, watching him jump around like a mad Baboon around a snake. Funny as hell.
