Topology example extension

Here is an example extension that I made for digdug a few days ago.

I'm a bit busy with TSB and some other official projects (As well as my actual job) to take the time to write up a real tutorial for this, but I think the new topology system we've had the past few years is far more self-explanatory than before, and this little example should give a good example of how to create your own typologies!

I look forward to seeing more projects like TSB/TBR/Renegade :3
