API Version Reference

An API version reference document has been added on github!

Note that it is not completely filled out at the time of posting, but feel free to help out and make a pull request converting some of those links into proper documentation!

Also note that this file may contain (such as at the time of posting) future API changes that are not currently available in the current public beta/release. These changes may be made available in periodic preview releases however.
