Not only is it horrendously out of date and incomplete, but it's also been superceded by the new 'flag' system on xelerus.
I cast a vote for removing the old page and replace it with one explaining the flag system on xelerus (I think we have one of these already, just just reference the other links to that page then instead of making a new one in that case)
