New admins and moderators

As the community grows we will need more people in the forums who can respond to requests, from activating new members to maintaining the threads.

I've asked Atarlost, Betelgeuse, digdug, and Wolfy to be administrators on these forums. They join GambitDash and me in this task and I thoroughly appreciate their efforts.

In addition, at Wolfy's recommendation, we've added Ttech to the list of moderators and alterecco to the list of Tinkers (who moderate Shipyards and other modding forums).

Thanks to all who have "volunteered" to help!
