After completing the objective of the 2nd mission from the mining station in Eridani I returned a while later and found its docking ports all occupied with additional ships orbiting it waiting for spaces.
I hung around for a while on acceleration but never saw anything undock. I left and came back later and the orbiting ships were gone, but he station was still blocked by docked ships. I eventually had to shoot one off it to open up a berth to turn in my mission.
I was still nearby when several enemy ships came by and panicked all the docked ships. Most of them left after the enemies were destroyed.
