Edit 2: We have autons, no money, too much weight, and I can't use the autons because we have a freakin' MULE. I'm selling the stuff on it and killing it, then continuing tomorrow.
We now have some domina powers, an unidentified halo gem (contrition?), and a load of junk to sell at the trade post in this system.

Would it be terribly upsetting if we cleared out the hold one of these turns? I think it kind of takes away from the challenge that we're all cooperating so well.

I'm gonna clear out the hold before finishing my turn. I'm a bit slow because of the transcendence RPG we're running over IRC that's eating my time...and some emails I have to send to see if I'll be able to have a bed to sleep in at university when I go back.

Ok. I cleared out some sung and marauders by myself (frikken MULE), then got into trouble as a result. I mended up, and, low on cash, repaired the autons and left them behind to go attack the dwarg after doing some trading. I got EMP'd. A lot. And shot up...but I was using our stocks of XM300s to good effect on the dwarg masters. Handy hint: This might get us a cynininydost (whatever) cannon. It already got us some reflective armor for dvalin.

So then i accidentally use a halo gem. Good news! We now know what gems of despair are! Even better news, one of the elysium gates went right back to the system I was in. I mined elysium, but the ore is still sitting there...I couldn't lift it out. Next time there's a trade post, find a gem of despair and go collect it.

After lugging trade goods from around the system, I euthanised our Mule auton, and started using the auton cloud and rama/volkov properly. Huge success. We made a lot of money, and rescued a lot of slaves who (along with the 3 in volkov's hold) went to the sisters of domina in the system. We now have all domina powers. I used ingenuity to enhance our right armor, which is now +50% (400HP when we're running with full-carbide)....and our new reactor that I bought. Our enhanced 150NX turns out 180mw, making our current setup actually practical. I also ordered a longzhu at the trade post, and enhanced our katana up to +20%. Our howitzer got buffed a bit as well.

I only went to look at starweaver's cache right after doing everything, so we're still lugging around some ore from it. Rama and volkov are also full of stuff...I've offloaded our missiles and fuel to keep only what we NEED on our ship. That way, we're only slightly overweight. We really need to lose that cargo hold, btw...it's just meaning we're flying overweight, ALL THE TIME.

I'll upload the save tomorrow morning, and then the next person can take over.

We've got not-quite a full cload of autons (we'd have had MORE than a full one if that mule hadn't stopped me using tactics), but 6 of them are basic autosentinels....so just there to make up numbers. 300Ds and 1M-1m/i autons are the ones to grab...and keep them repaired. There's auton dealers in the system and the ones before it. Repairs are cheap, and extra guns are really NEAT for swatting swarms while you mine/loot/run like hell. And you can do ambushes and EMP support.

The_Shrike, great job, it seems that we'll have no problem in Ares space with all Domina powers

I can't wait for a jumpdrive, but I'm also a bit concerned if the ores you mined in Elysium are sellable to the Ringers.

Not that much of it, but it'll be decent for scraping up CW credits at a pinch. There WAS some duranium, however.

EDIT* Also, remember that Volkov has the smuggler's cargo hold, and when I checked your save he still has 30 tons left. It's not a lot... but it will work.

EDIT EDIT* Derp, read the logs and saw that you moved some commodities to Volkov & Rama, Shike.
EDIT EDIT EDIT* Looked through the station logs on Captains log and looked for abandoned crates... apparently we have ~200-300 ores in previous systems. That might help out with the credit issue. Dorado has a huge stack of stuff.
