Expansion selection

Having just started the game for the first time in several years, I notice that expansions are automatically de-selected on the New Game screen. I figure that most would want them automatically selected, no? It does give the option for individual selection and Select/De-select All, but it's still a slowdown.

Once you select a set of extensions and start a game, the next time you start a new game those extensions will be pre-selected for you.

Ah, I suppose that's a reasonable way of doing it.
