What if: Star wars VS Transcendence

Who do you think will win?
Say a penitent scientist makes a hole in reality/multiverse, and the Star Wars universe leaks through. The Empire finds this rift and sends a sole Star Destroyer through. It appears in Charon, and before long, a Charon Frigate and two Drakes are sent to poke it.

CHARON FRIGATE VS STAR DESTROYER
The Frigate calls for the Drakes to stay distant, to snipe the enemy. The Star Destroyer is relatively slow, and the Frigate and the Corsair-IIs make an attack run. Lets say the Frigate is carrying KM550s, KM110s and KM120s. The Corsairs have KM110s, and same with the Drakes. They slice across the deck, 60 heavy turbolasers firing on them. I assume they are powerful, but have terrible WMD. But the rear batteries fire on them, and make holes in their shield. So now the Frigate and friends are staying behind the Star Destroyer. They fire on the engines, but the Star Destroyer's shield "Nope!"s them. The frigate sees the two weird balls on top of the bridge structure and actively fires on them with KM120s. The Corsairs join in and try to destroy the balls, and the Drakes fire as well. Little they do know, those are shield generators. Before long, shields are destroyed. Th C.O of the Star Destroyer spurs the TIE Fighters to combat. As far as I remember, they are lowly shielded and are relatively paper-hulled. The Corsair-IIs happily bombard them, and the rest are bombarded by KM110s fire by Drakes as they scream right out of the hangars. The Charon are winning, but TIE/sa bombers attack. Concussion Missiles and Proton Torpedoes tear through the Frigate before the Corsair-IIs and some Vikings destroy them. The Frigate has reactive armor. It shrugs off some of the Concussion Missiles, but Proton Torpedoes are unresisted. The Frigate Task-Force runs off, but at a cost. The shields are crippled, the 72 TIE fighters are gone, and the heavy turbolasers are in disrepair. The Star Destroyer is crippled, and limps towards the breach. Charon, on the other hand, take heed from this incident. They put together a taskforce, consisting of Six Drakes, Three Frigates, and a Tripoli. All of the Capships have reflective laser coating. The Drakes have two fast-fire lasers and NAMI, the Frigates have AK15s instead of turbolasers and eight Bolides, and the Tripoli has a MAG launcher, alongside slam cannons.
Little they do know, they have encountered something extra-ordinary...

Another rift has opened up in the Ungoverned Territories. The Resistance finds it, and sends a BTL-A4 to scout out. Before long, a large egg-shaped vessel presents itself and begins attacking...

BTL-A4 Y-WING VS EARTH SLAVER
The Earth Slaver has two particle cannons, and the fearsome Nandao Bolt Cannon. As well as that, as soon as it saw that weird yellow thing, a reinforcement squad of Wind Slavers is incoming. The Y-Wing has an automated equivalent to an ommi ion disruptor, and is carrying proton torpedoes. I don't know the exact capability of the IX4 lasers, but let's say about the strength of a transcendence turbolaser. The Y-wing is being severely bombarded by the Nandao. It repeatedly counters with the ommi ion thingy. After a while of shooting, the Nandao is ionised. The Y-wing pilot knows this is the chance, and fires the Proton Torpedoes, severely damaging the bow of the Earth Slaver. The Wind slavers have arrived, and are being flyswatted by the ommi ion turret. The Y-wing has had enough and fires the rest of the proton torpedoes. The Earth Slaver is down, yet some wind slavers are twitching. The Y-wing heads to the breach.
