Improvements for Mods

Hi,
I think this would be a great addition to the mod system and would help keep mods organized and clean.
1. Subfolders for mods (eg ship mods) that wya if you have several ships the images and eveyrthing else don't get all cluttered up in one folder
2. Include, usefull if you want to add or modify another mod, but mainly if you want to orgazine mods.
3. functions for repetitive code.

what do you mean by number 2? You can already use the new stations and items in separate mods (ie a modded item can be used by a new station in a seperate mod)

2. You can do include of files?
3. EG Auton Code, but mainly remove from list, identify, etc.

why do you want to include the files? What do you think that would do that you can't do now?

remove from list can be made with your own code (a slow version I admit)
identify for items and stations is easy just go by what is done with the things that already do that and change them to suit your purposes

I don't know what you mean by EG Auton Code could you explain it and any other functions you would like to see? There are tons of mod wants but you have to be specific if you want to see them.
