i found sovereign special weapons in the armory like the dwarg behemoth cannon and dwarg cnynodist cannon.

also i don't receive a "mission succesful" message when the mission is finished, but when i get back to the fortress i get my reward normally.
(not a big problem, just i don't know exactly if i finished or not)

[EDIT] I found also a cydonian heavy shield generator and sung armor
