spaceObject: The target to return the mined ore too.
Gives the ship the order mine the target.
The argument list and the description contradict each other.

yep, thanks for the report F50. 
as far as I can understand the ferian code (the only example of shpOrderMine), it seems that the order tell the ship to mine asteroids randomly and the spaceObj is the place where to return the ore.
I will change the description to "Gives the ship the order mine and return the ore to the spaceObject."
