So, I was wondering how mods are featured/quality approved/balance approved. Does an admin have to see it and like it?
Just wondering. It'd be nice to know.

Yes, basically that is how it works. There are quite a few who have those privileges. I am afraid that there is no stringent process in place. I would guess some of you stuff should be featured, but I have not had the time to try it myself.
In general a lot of the process with these things happen in irc, as it is easier to have a quick review there (at times)
