intro screen battle freezes upon loading downloaded tdb

after corporate command finished downloading, the intro screen battle froze. I was able to exit the game and restart though.

It seems to be extremely inconsistent but i got it again when it trying to download while sitting in a dropbox syncronized folder.

I got it again while downloading the TSB .tdb files when trying to hunt down a bug with the .tdbs.
Sutaa got it too. (It was the resources library for both of us - maybe it has something to do with loading images?)
