User-damaging weapons

I know this has been suggested before, but I think it's worth repeating.
Basically, add a tag to weapons: a userDamage tag. Just like the damage tag, but it damages the user instead.
Could possibly use minus numbers to heal the user.

Anyway, this would allow us to make really strong yet balanced weapons since it damages us too.

I've thought about modding this sort of thing a few times. Have a weapon that fires a bunch of shots, but configure it so one shot starts inside the ship graphic, and add a 'canhitsource="true"' tag. Or an area weapon with the same tag, etc. All sorts of things you could do.
