Black Market install when buying

I really like when you buy something you have the option of installing it. So when I found a black market station I felt that my major compliant would be solved (it selling things at a huge markup that no one can install).

To my disappointment when I bought a weapon the option to buy didn't come up so I made a mod to give black market stations the ability to install military items that you buy from them.

And here it is.

Any comments or bugs?

well I guess this one was trivial to make.
Plus something has to annoy me enough to get over my laziness.

idea how about with the new black market missions coming up that would be an interesting bonus. ie if you are high enough rank you can install from buying but if not they don't give you that option.

I like ideas that involve working a little to gain the awesome bonus. (Military install on buy is clearly an awesome bonus.) Sounds like a good idea.
