So what does this do? I even looked in the domina code and... nothing. The code just shows that the button shows up in the invoke menu- nothing more than that...

It's a blank like the old powers were. Unfinished. Someone should change the message to say "Coming Soon".

Yeah, sorry about that. I originally designed Prescience, but decided against implementing (both because it was hard and because it was probably not that useful).

Maybe in a future version I will implement it, but for now, the Domina powers are complete.
