Please do try (works in .99c): get some slave coffins and offer them in the sanctum, then contemplate.Ttech wrote:I've had no luck getting the powers anymore... .98* I cannot get any more powers, donation or anything. so I've had the luck it seems

There are only... 10 powers. (This is just what I know, please correct me if isn't correct)
If you cannot say something nice about somebody, you better don't say anything.

Is there a list somewhere that tells what the powers do? Some of them are obvious, but some of them are not.

I'm doing this from memory so there might be some missing...
Sustain: Puts a blue force-field around your ship
Restore: Heals your shield or repairs your armor
Defend: Puts a green force-field around your ship that you can shoot out of
Nebular Sight: Almost like a map rom, but finds stations in nebula, I think it's somewhat random
Circle of Wrath: Purple shockwave
Ingenuity: Enhances a device on your ship
Shatter: Blue shockwave that destroys wrecks
That's really all I remember, sorry if I missed one.

This is our game. And George is our hero.
Shatter is insane strong, I activated it accidentally and it hit my auton, not much of a problem except it ate through a Nephron p25 and heavy blast plate so fast that the <onDamage> event failed to trigger a jumpdrive fast enough to save it. Use with care.

Restore - auto-repair/regen (I think)
Defend - temporary invincibility and you can shoot
Nebular sight - reveals all stations in nebulas (the map roms are somewhat random)
Circle of Wrath - small, slower moving shockwave attack (dark lightning) Deals lots of damage to what it hits though. Can kill a number of stations in one hit.
Ingenuity - enhances or repairs a random item/device that IS INSTALLED on your ship. Has a chance of no effect.
Shatter - large and lightning fast shockwave attack. Excellent for wiping out swarms of enemy ships. (great anti-dwarg/luminous attack). Good chance of shattering both wrecks and the ships it kills.
<unused power> - nothing
Circle of Wrath is great for attacking heavy ships and stations, and shatter works best on small ships, but it deals enough damage to even large ships that they can't laugh at it either. Both are rather useful in the "save Antarctica mission" (you can take out half or more of the attacking fleet's aquilas from the moment the get started)
