What's Your Favourite ICS Killer?

Mostly in the RCs and 1.0/1.01 versions, I've used a positron lancer for the final battle with the iocrym. The last time I played, I couldn't get one, or a QAC, and I'd saved the Antarctica and so could not get Lamplighter. So I used a Fracture cannon, staying outside the optimum range so that the IAC and repellers couldn't take out my shields.

This got me thinking....what is the most popular iocrym buster, and why?

I use Lamplighter, because it's easiest to obtain.
When I killed ICS for first time (0.99c?), i used Ares Positron Cannon. It took over two hours of real time...

In pre1.0 versions I would often use the im90 (enhanced) or plasma cannon, but now I prefer the positron lancer, or if I can't get one, a ferian plasma cannon.

In any version I will use lamplighter if available (and no positron lancer), even if it is the prototype (It makes a great base buster too, so sometimes I use positron lancer and lamplighter). I use a +fast on anything but the im90.

I use the IFC and hide on top of the planet by the gate - stay on the edge of the planet and it leaks through.

IFC, Ferian Plasma Cannon, or regular Plasma Cannon, +Fast of course.
I typically spam Defend and Strengthen and use Circle of Wrath and Shatter. Then go hide for awhile and let those come back and help me.

Failing Domina powers and those weapons, usually Lamplighter.

I remember one time I got through the entire game without finding any plasma or ion weapons besides a blinder cannon. Anything below 250+ and Fast deals damage slower than the veil can recharge.
