Favorite minor faction?

So what's everyone's favorite minor faction (in terms of ships)? (ie, NOT the corporates, CW, ares, sung, charon; all of them have lots of ships already)

Trying to see who everyone likes (and possibly let anyone who wants to flesh them out based on the information yielded by the discussion)

The Ranx have some of the best looking ships out there. Gotta love that dreadnought.
I'm surprised neither the Teratons nor Ringers have ships of their own; they both have visually unique styles, too bad they never got expressed as ships [aeonic did some teraton ones for me a while back though]. The teraton crysalis is a rather unique approach to making new defenses.

I'm rather fond of the Himal......I was planning to expand them a little bit with some new weaponry on their ships, but not much else.

Otherwise....Heliotropes (not really that minor, but their ships are REALLY cool! ) are definitely my fav small faction.

Favorite small faction would be the salvagers! Always get good loot. Too bad there is no trading from those ships.

That would be my least favorite faction of any size. Sure later on they turn into loot concentrators, but early on they're unkillable loot stealers.

Yes, salvagers are very annoying, especially for the loot-carrying-limited wolfen, which often has to leave things behind which the salvagers then steal.

I use salvagers to test my Seriously Large Missiles tracking settings. That tells you how much I like them.
