How's that transpace drive work?

I'd be more interested in the possible science behind it though i'm rather certain it would be way over 99% of this community's head.

Well, it's like a gate, only smaller, using far less power, without an internal power source, and with a far smaller, fixed, range. I suspect the science for it doesn't even exist in the D&O Campaign timeline.

I use it when over a gate to go to Elysium (sp?)

The gem of despair. In my last game I finished with a whole bunch of them, I found about 5 jumpdrives so I only needed to use one.

Found in stores, not looted, (not as cool, but still a new record) I wound up buying 3 (two for my autons). I don't know the sell price because i've never sold one, I don't think i've ever looted one.

Jump drives on enemies would be truly amazingly annoying. :D

As would inertialess drives, actually.....

You know, not sure about this but I said the science not if it existed for sure in the Vanilla, hypothetical :P
