Should the casino be able to convert credits to rins?
Should it not be able to?
These are the questions we (the casino project team) would like to have everyone's opinions on. Which would you choose?

Just want to point out that the ability to do a credit to rin conversion is a perk with very limited number of usages available.
The goal is a rare ID type item that can be used one time and is then removed from inventory; though it would be possible to find (or maybe be awarded) another one or have more than one at a time.

What would you consider to be a 'bloody awful' exchange rate?
Transcendence.xml says 5 to 1 in the Ringersbuy/sell code.
Would a flat 'service' fee, in credits, seem reasonable?
or should it be something like 10 to 1 or 20 to 1?

You can always vary the conversion rate according to the distance you are from the ringers. If use something like:
Which will set conversion rate to 18:1 in the lowest level system, and improving to 8:1 by the time you hit the ringers.
