Significance of Sanctuary's Green Sun

So according to the Book of Tales, the Sisters extract, Sanctuary has... a Green Sun. (Not ingame (yet), but I presume that Sanctuary will get a makeover in a major version like Heretic, Rigel Stk's & Eridani all have. PJ was introduced in a major version IIRC, so it also follows this pattern.

What is the significance of the sun being green?

Is it artificial? Did domina/oracus have anything to do with it? Maybe one of the ancient races?

Maybe it has a certain signature that magnifies Domina Powers when in the system?

BTW. I know star coloration doesn't work like that.

Not only is it an astronomic impossibility it must be, based on the size of the QZ, close enough astronomers couldn't miss it.

IIRC with grade 10/12 and Wikipedia knowledge, stellar colouration follows heat, right? Red being the least hot, then yellow, then white/blue, correct?

I'm guessing so -- the Iocrym were altering Heretic's sun (admittedly to distort the gravity field but anyway), so no doubt other races have too. Is there actually a green sun yet BTW? I don't recall seeing it...I think I may have whizzed through that system on my last playthrough -- most late game, pre-Heretic systems are still pretty bland.

IT depends if the star had a unique composition, (not sure what gas burns green?)

or perhaps is surrounded by a glass cloud/excretion disk..

If you have a solar reactor or armor, flying close to it recharges your bank account rather than your gas tank.
